Rates are based on;
​-2 bedroom-Family of up to 5 people -Starting at $600.00 for 2 nights.
-3 bedroom-Family of up to 7 people -Starting at $800.00 for 2 nights.
-4 bedroom-Family of up to 10 people - Starting at $2,400 for 5 nights.

Payments:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, E-Transfers and Cash
Security Deposit: 
$300 is required to confirm booking.
The Security Deposit is held until after a full check-out inspection.
Cancellation Policy:
-24 Hours after booking, no charge
-Prior to 30 days, $75 administration fee
-Within the 30 days,  $300 Security Deposit
-Within 7 days = Full rental fee

Please note that most of our guests bring their own bed sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. 
However, we rent these items for guests that would prefer us to supply them.

Rentals available per stay:
Bed Linens = $20 per bed(sheets, pillows, blanket)
Towels =  $5 each   
DVD movies = $2 each

No Pets of any kind allowed
